Vitamin B Complex Super why is it that is helping?

I have a problem with anger and my mom has been reading these new books hippies age. And she has taken. The bottle says its a dietary supplement and should only have one. Can anyone tell me what these vitamins can be doing. I guess drugs that I took as a child behavior vitamins in my brain exhausted, or something that I do not know, but you tell me what its for.
