Does palmers massage lotion for stretch marks really work? Please help!?

I have recently gained weight and have some stretch marks. I bought palmers massage lotion for stretch marks as well as palmers cocoa butter formula + vitamin E. I was wondering if these products actually work? Im hoping they will work before Valentines day. Is there a possibility that the stretch marks will some way lessen before then????

My sister uses a butter through burts bees I think it’s called baby butter but not positive either way she swares it’s the best.
